Fees increase after "sale" went through. Not paying credit providers.

So annoyed for weeks I've been emailing, using the debt buster bot, tried calling. I haven't had any feedback. When I initially agreed to your services I was given a fee of 4100 which worked for me, after this the fee went up by over 1000. I'm already over indebted and can't afford the current fee.

Also hyphen shows that my accounts have been paid, yet I still get normal interest rate added to my debt and no payments reflecting with credit providers!! My debt increasing and you debiting.
