I have just been notified by the bank that you guys have listed and enquiry for debt counseling on my transunion profile.

I remember explicitly asking you this information upfront prior to me giving you consent to access my credit information that if this will list as a debt counseling institution and you responded ans stated it reflects like a personal loan application.

And I also informed you and the agent you referred me to that I am a representative in the financial industry and if this happens it will have me debared and that will mean I will not be able to provide for my family.

Can you please send me a call recording of this interaction and proof of you sending this to be removed from my profile.

I am also going to lay a formal complaint to the NCR as I also noticed that this is a standard practice from your organization.
