False advertising while creating more debt for their clients

How can you claim that you are helping people get back on their feet and helping them save when I have to pay hundreds on extra bank charges because you don't deduct on the date that was agreed upon. How can this even be legal, you send me an email to ask me about my December payment I told you my date will never change and after 3 years I never ever skipped a payment why would still after I send you an email deduct twice on an earlier date my account is now in a minus because of bank charges for payments that bounced I'm so truly disappointed and upset because you claim to be the best in the business but you don't care about your clients,I joined you to help me save and have something extra not to make my life more difficult and incur more debt. Im going to find out from my lawyer the way forward you do false advertising because this is not the first time that you put your debit before my pay date THIS IS NOT RIGHT! I WANT MY BANK FEES REFUNDED.

Good day
I complained about my bank charges but something far more than that happened after I spoke to you this people sent me an email to pay them manually if my account was not debited by the 31st of December so I did this, then can you believe what they did they debit my account on the 2nd of January so this amount of R3550 went of twice now which threw my whole life upside down because 90 percent of my salary is now gone from my account I phoned them I spoke to Ntembela he admitted it's their mistake and that I need to send them my bank statement but no one even responded or phoned me back after I send them all the documentation they requested. I don't have a cent in my bank account this people is killing me but they claim to help people.
