faith in brand restored

I need to compliment Debt busters for how they have restored my faith in their brand. After some frustrating interaction, and me being very rude to the consultants, they have really redeemed themselves. I actually wasn't expecting a speedy resolution at all, but Matshediso Huma at Debt busters really gave me a very refreshing experience. She held her calm, stayed professional, understood my enquiry and reassured me that she will assist and she actually did so. What an asset to this organisation! Thank you.
