Failed Service for 2 years.

I enquired about Dept review in 2022. And didnt get any feedback from them. I didnt apply for any credit since then. To cut the story short i found out that i am listed under dept review. to my shock. when i call them they tell me that my application was rejected since i was not under financial stress. But how is my name listed? One of their agents told me they will send my info to NCR to have my status updated. That has not happened. When i call all of their agents tell me they will do the same. One even told me that letter were sent to my creditors. A simple thing just to update my status, since i am not under dept review.

Every time when i want to speak to a teamleader or manager, they are all in meetings. Whatever the time of the day you call, they are in meetings.
