Extremely Poor Service

I signed an agreement with Debtbusters in October 2019 . I paid an upfront fee of R30k (+-),After about a month I experienced inconsistency in obtaining feedback for queries pertaining to the reason why my debit order was not deducted on time. I constantly had to call in and query while one is never able to speak directly t a consultant since it has to be requested via a Whatsapp chat system. Its been a year and months and I'm still battling with the same problem. I've since emailed the ceodesk of Debtbusters on and filed complaints and terminated my contract with them . I was told I would definitely be answered by that department. It still hasn't happened. My bond repayments which is a phenomenal figure was removed from the list because I dint feel safe that Debtbusters would pay it on time- Meanwhile they have had the luxury of enjoying a full commission upfront and I have had nothing but grief from them. Hyphen PDA are affiliated to Debtbusters and are responsible for the allocation of payments to the respective debtors however they cannot be made responsible for incorrect payments since they are instructed by Debtbusters who to pay. It turned out that they instructed Hyphen to pay my bond ( which was already removed from my list of debtors ) and pay my other debtors menial amounts of R200 etc. I had to call my bondholder to arrange a refund which took time .Meanwhile the laws were mad every clear to me via Debtbusters that should I default on any payments then I would suffer the consequences by having the contract with my debtors terminated and that I would pay normal instalments. Upon my last query I was told that I had insufficient funds in my account and that the debit -order bounced. An email was sent to me the same day confirming the same. I strongly objected because my bank statements would prove that there was sufficient funds in my account. They discovered the error and sent another email apologizing for the erroneous mistake on their behalf. I then sent my final email on and demanded that they pay back half of the co and say mmission since they have not earned it while I was doing their admin in calling my debtors to ask them to please be patient. I instructed them to cancel my agreement with them and that I will attend to my own repayments. Iv'e just discovered that they have now deducted my monthly debit order against my instructions. I am totally disgusted in the service of Debtbusters who hide behind Covid -19 and their excuse is that their staff are working remotely. I feel that South Africans should be informed of this disgusting negligence before they consider to request their service. It is the 1.3.21 and I am expecting them to have senior Management contact me in response to my email to them.
