Extremely poor service
I have app**** for debt assistance, that went well but asking for them to contact me a couple days later so I can get an update on everything that was discussed is proving to be impossible. When they call back they only let the phone ring once and cancel the call, then send a SMS that they tried to call and there was no answer. Which is a lie. Then calling back I can never get to the consultant that helped me from the start, I get put on hold and eventually get told he's busy he will call me back, to leave a message for him to call me is pointless as he just does not call back
