Extremely poor customer service.
I have been using Debt Busters for a number of years and my issues are as follows.
1. monies incorrectly distributed amoungst debt making it impossible to ever settle tying you in to them forever. 2. feedback and replies via mail don't happen unless you phone. 3. amounts paid to creditors changes without your consent. 4. overall service extremely poor.
I would not recommend using Debt Busters as a service in helping you become debt free as all they are interested is in how long they can tie you in and your money.
