Extremely gutted by Debt Busters

So I woke up to an sms informing me I have requested for debt review and immediately call Debt Busters to find out why as I'm not battling with any debt.So I spoke to Andisiwe who informed me that a consultant by the name of Nolwazi Msuthu has been assigned to my" case."Nolwazi is obviously nowhere to be found although I've been promised I will be contacted after being on the line for 13mins.No feedback on why am I here in the 1st place or who put that request.I request for cancelation and still no positive response.I am not aware of this and all I want is for my profile to be deleted as I'd never consider such!just do it
