Extremely bad service stay away from Debtbusters and run as fast as you can

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received after being put under debt review. Once you are under debt review, Debt Busters never returns your calls or answers your emails for any query affecting your finances. I am supposed to have my first debit order amount that will come off my Capitec account on Monday, 15 July. There is no money in my account, so the first debit order, amongst many in the future, will not be paid. I am cancelling the debit order with Capitec. I want to cancel my debt review and manage my creditors independently. I am confident in my ability and experience to negotiate with my creditors. I don’t recommend DebtBusters, run as fast as you can.

Reviewer Update
I do not accept the Final Proposal from ABSA for my vehicle under debt review with DebtBusters. It is laughable. I might as well carry on paying ABSA what I was before DebtBusters stepped in. I thought DebtBusters was supposed to negotiate the best possible repayment terms. It doesn't look like a lot of effort went into the negotiations. The new term is 5 years longer than the original term of 72 months. I have tried to reach DebtBusters via email, but they do not return my calls or respond to my emails. In light of this, I am considering contacting ABSA directly to see if other arrangements can be made to reduce my payments. I was warned by others who had bad experiences under debt review not to touch debt counselling, which is debt review, but I didn't listen.
