Extremely bad service

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, I have never experienced such bad customer service my daughter is under debt review with Debtbusters she has been trying to sort out issues with her debtors for almost a year debtbuster is the worst when trying to get hold off and to sort out issues for my daughter, I will be contacting my advocate for advise as I am sick and tired of company's taking advantage of younger people, it is a disgrace as her going under debt review was due to last year's covid lockdown and she lost her job debt companies are suppose to help and not neglect their promises as Debtbusters have done for almost a year now, you are more then welcome to contact me to discuss this further and try and restore your name
