Extremely Bad Service

<div>Debusters the most disgusting service I have ever received ever I was told at the end of last year my debt review process will be completed and my last payment will be in January 2019 I was then told I have to pay my Truworths and Identity accounts Because for some unknown reason they were due amounts but my hyphen statement was paid up for them and I they even stopped contributing to those accounts,I was then told they will start my clearance process only to find there is still over R8000 due to Fnb and a further amount due to Hifi cooperation after speaking to ++++ from the escalations department I was so tired of this useless service that I paid up these amounts even though my statement was yet again paid up ,I now get back to Debtbusters as I felt this process is finally over ,only to be told that they cannot get my paid up letter from Fnb and that there is still an outstanding amount now again due to a different company House and Home this account was paid up on the 08/11/2017 !!!!!!!!!! Can you guys start doing your jobs , I had to call Fnb get my paid up letter only to be told I over paid them by over R1700 , ++++++ really is *********** mailed her my paid up letter and asked that she find out why House and home has a further amount due and just what I expect happens and that is Nothing!!!!! She does not even have the courtesy to reply to my emails !!!!!this has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had !!!!!!! I don’t think that Debtbusters appreciate their clients and the type of service that the advisors deliver is below useless !!!!!! One would expect that this be the best part of the process this has been my worst experience ever!!!!! I cannot wait to be done Debtbusters!!!!!!!</div>
