Extension and increase to monthly instalment without notice

I have been under debt review with debt busters for the past 4years, my debt review should be coming to end at the end of July this year. I have been paying my monthly instalment each month on time and now I see my contract end date has been moved from the end of July 2022 to the end of October 2022. I also see now that my monthly instalment has increased by +R300.00. So my term has been extended and my instalment has increased, debt busters did not inform me about these changes nor have they advised me on why this is happening. I sent emails to debt busters dated 22 June 2022 and 18 June 2022, and I have not received a response. I dont understand why is it that now at the end of my debt review process, things are changing and and no one is informing me.
