<p>Good Day,<br /> <br />This is just to thank Aqeelah Salie who has been dealing with a number of my queries over the past 3 or 4 months.<br /> <br />She has:<br />1. Expeditiously answered/provided feedback (no email to her was “hanging” for days)<br />2. Her Feedback/Answers to queries are well summed up and clear (very concise)<br />3. She worked well sorting out and co-ordinating a tri-party management and communications function (viz. DebtBusters / Client / Creditor)<br />4. She unbundles a complex query and follow some good structured steps to conclude (not giving up because of complexities either in a Creditor system/process)<br />5. Queries are GENUINELY ready to be CLOSED when she is done<br /> <br />This is unlike my experiences with some previous employees of DebtBusters who corresponded weakly, ignored certain queries or tried to find the quick way out.<br /> <br />Many thanks for the service</p>
