Excellent service which exceeded my wildest expectations

I had a query about my statement and sent an email on 13 July 2023 to DebtBusters, knowing very well how long issues take to be resolved, if at all.

However, Mikaeel Bakardien immediately took charge and sent an email to the bank on 14 July and forwarded me a copy for my records. I was totally blown away by the high level of professional service. He/she was on top of the situation from the start and managed it in a way that I never expected. I was really overwhelmed.
