Excellent Service from Phumlani Booi

<p>I have been struggling with getting settlement letters for months on my Debt Review settlements... After numerous e-mails, that never get responded to from your consultants, i called the call centre & spoke to Phumlani Booi who assisted me in firstly explaining the stage of the process that my Settlement was in & also obtaining a settlement letter for me that has been holding back the process. Within two days, he followed up with me to inform me that he had received the letter & would send it through to the consultant dealing with ma settlement. This is great service as i have been very fustrated with your process over the past couple of weeks because my e-mails are never answered.</p>
