Excellent Initial contact

Initial contact was perfectly done. All questions raised were answered and backed by the act. Follow-ups were done as and when requested and the first person i dealt with cannot be faulted for his passionate work.

the other people though, seem to not be clued, i still recieved a call from the negotiator even after the first payment was recieved, not sure if they dont work from the same system.
