Excellent customer satisfaction 💯

10/10 Customer Service and satisfaction. I mean literally I was in need of information and every single agent that assisted me where way to kind and helpful. The nxa highlight is they referred me to correct department so I receive a clear answer to my questions without assumptions but fax 💯💯💯 thank you so much to the agents whom assist me I cannot remember their names as the network wasn’t on par but even when that was the case they where all patient.
