Everything was going well and they have been helpful and understanding
Everything was going well and they have been helpful and understanding. 15 days ago I paid all the money I owe and I wanted to settle all my debts. ELLEN CHOKUDA was helping me with the process. The last time I heard from her was when I made the payment and she said that she will come back to me in 3-5 days. I never heard back from her. I tried to call her number it sends me straight to voice mail every day. When I tried the customer service number I waited for more than 20mins and it says they are busy and It ends up cutting me.
