ESCALATION AND SORTING MY QUERY

I have been communicating with debtbusters who are my debt counselors and ahve been impressed at teh way they handled my query. The consultant could not help me but i was out through to a senior manager quickly and i was helped on the spot. in a call centre i work myself and i know how long it takes for queries to be resolved. thums up!
