Empty promise

I have a contract with debt busters the agreement was that they were supposed to pay of my debts but still they faild to because my debts still debits from my account were by also debt busters still debit an amount of R9400 and when I contact them they always promise to solve the matter but it's been 4moths and nothing is happening....
