Easy process, just a few too many phone calls.
I recently engaged with DebtBusters, and overall, the process was straightforward and easy to follow. The consultants were professional and helpful, making it simple to understand the steps involved. However, I did find the number of phone calls a bit overwhelming. It would be great if there were fewer calls or if some of the communication could be streamlined through other channels. That said, I appreciated the assistance and the effort put into ensuring I was informed every step of the way.
