Early debit without permission or authorisation
Today, I got an sms to inform me that my money will be debited now, in the middle of the month, in stead of the 26th. They took my food money and it's now showing as unavailable in my account. I'm a single mother with two small children. I don't know how I'm going to get through until payday on the 26th, which is the day I authorised my monthly instalment. I have no funds in my account left. Can anyone tell me what happened and why? Usually companies ask the clients before doing something like this.
