DONT USE THEM PROBLEMATIC FULL OF LIES AND FALSE PROMISES counselor

Been with Debt busters for awhile now and not once had a problem intil i went on maternity leave and was told something and something else was done

well firstly they didnt send my maternity form to all my credit providers which resulted in termination because off their mistake Then a consultant named Kendra i never had a problem with always assisted me but recently i havent been happy with the assistance as she closed a case that is still not closed according to me as i have not gotten what i was supposed to yet she Kendra closed my case

i have been calling and left so many messages for her to call me as she is not available and no luck she hasnt returned my calls or maybe the messages wasnt delivered..... money is deducted from my account that my credit providers arent receiving i need to know where the money is going to , and now i paid a full installment once again and have to pay the credit providers outside the installment too

Debt busters went from a no problem debt counselor to a PROBLEMATIC FULL OF LIES AND FALSE PROMISES counselor

i think i must just reverse my debt order and put a stop to it and pay my credit providers what i can cause they just not keeping up to their standards anymore
