Dont Sign up with this company

I regret the day I signed up for debt review with debt busters. I was assisted by Mashona Holani who has never gotten back to me after messing up by application and wanting to collect money from my account on the 31st instead of my payday which is the 20th. I get messages from Hyphen every morning about my missed payment but no one from debt busters to assist me. Every time I phone I am told Mashona is not available. I don't even know what stage my application is on. Worst customer service I have ever received.
