Don't know where to go from here

I have been on debt review since 2011. It has been a long difficult road but I am almost at the end of the debt review process. Since 10 September to date I have been trying to get hold of them to find out exactly what I am outstanding as well as requested my paid up letters to date. To date they only sent me some paid up letter and they still can't say what my outstanding balance is. I have asked that a manager contact me on several occasions but to no avail. I have also been getting messages from FNB and African bank advising me that they are not receiving payment and that they are now going to follow legal action. I am now at a point where I am considering legal action as I am paying monthly Admin fees but for what as when I request info i get no or bad feedback. I am even considering stopping my debt Review payments as I am paying monthly but I am getting threatening messages from my debtors which raises the question. Where is the money really going that I am paying.
