Don't believe all the rainbows and butterflies they'll sell you

I have never missed a payment in my life but the pressure to meet my commitments was becoming to much. I went to Debtbusters who made me feel comfortable that I wouldn't be paying anything above the installment they arranged and that all debit orders would be stopped. They said their top negotiators are going to be working on it. Well all my usual debits went off and they were quick to take their 4000 Rand from me. I called one of my main creditors yesterday and they said they have had no communication with Debtbusters and I am not under debt review. I now have to wait 15 days for my money back not forgetting the 4000 I didn't usually have on my monthly budget. I am now borrowing from family just to make my rent. I feel extremely let down and more stressed than before.
