DO NOT USE DEBTBUSTERS EVER PLEASE!

Be aware South Africa, DebtBusters will take you for a ride. I can understand why they were on Carte Blanche. They give people false hope as each member is just a number and you will be treated as a number. Their management will always contact you regarding your query however management doesn't seem to exist, hiding behind their desks. I am trying to resolve my Issue with FNB and DebtBuster now for 18 months. I started off with R72k owing, paid R84K back and now I still owe R102K? I follow up with Zikhona and all she says "Exco" is working on this. Got an email today that they will suspend my Debt review for non compliance and issue a 1.7w form to be debtors. I only owe Woolworths R6300 and FNB Credit card R600 BUT FNB R102K?? Basically they are throwing me to the wolf's and now I must start all over with FNB again. I am in a real predicament due to DebtBusters and their lack of urgency and lies. Please South Africa DO NOT USE THEM.
