I requested that the life insurance and funeral cover be canceled,, I'm still waiting for an email. Sales department will phone you now. They can call up to 3times a day. Once you are in its game over. When walking a consultant informed me that should I be able to pay my debtsthen I can leave the review.. Guess what now it's story after story with backward reasons as to why I can't take over my own costs. Imagine wanting to move in with your life and you are being help hostage by Debt busters.
