Dissatisfied Customer
I have been on Debt Counselling since June 2021. I had some money deposited into my old bank account and one of my Creditors, that is on my Debt Counselling batch, debited yet they were not supposed to. I contacted Debt Busters and informed them about the ordeal as I required the money that was Debited. I spoke to Indiphile Juta on the 04-03-2022 and provided her with the relevant documents to request a refund. I called in today to receive feedback and she was unavailable but I was assured by the agent that she would contact me. She did not contact me and I called them again, only to find out that she only submitted the request for refund today. I am quite disappointed and angered by the fact that she did not process or request the refund on the 04-03-22. I asked to speak to a Manager or obtain an escalation email address but was told that I could not receive such information. I am extremely frustrated at the service I received from Indiphile Juta.

Thank you for the false hope as no one contacted me from your establishment. Truly brings doubt with entrusting you guys with my financial affairs. Gravely disappointing.

I find myself in yet another Double Debit. One of my creditors debited R 500 on the 02-09-2022. I emailed Debt Busters on the day with the required information to request a refund. I have called them today for the 7th time only to find out that the Refund request was only sent to my creditor on the 16-09-2022, which basically means that it takes 2 weeks for them to attend to your query. Your Client service is truly pathetic and I regret trusting you guys with my financial situation. This is one of the many instances where when they try to get you to join their establishment, they will sell you the best service and story. However, the after service/ customer service does not exist once you become their customer. And to top of my experience, I was told I need to wait a further 2 weeks for a refund.
