Dissatisfied

I went under Debt review in Jun 25, court order was granted and payments were made to my Creditor. In Nov 25 I started receiving SMSes from an Attorney noting that the Creditor had handed me over. I immediately contacted Debtbusters regarding this matter. This has been ongoing since then and I received a Summons from the Court as the Attorneys insist I have not made payment to my loan account since Nov 25 but I can see, on my statements, Debtbusters have made payments. Now I sit with the Summons over my head, had to go to court to put in my objection. I am not sure who is at fault but the service I am receiving is TERRIBLE. I have spent so much time and money on calls to Debtbuster to resovle this matter and still battle with feedback, I sit in the dark!
