Dishonest with hidden expenses and ***********

Debtbusters, I am very disappointed in your level of service and incompetence regarding my profile with you.

First of all I have been paying my agreed monthly installments for just under 5 years now. You contact me in December last year asking me if I would like to increase my installment so I could exit in April 2020, instead of May 2020. I agreed and have been paying the increased installment.

I queried certain balances still looking high with the promised exit date of April 2020. I have received no response from you, only blaming of the creditors not being clear. It is not my job to sort this out, I am paying you for a service!!!!

I decided to log into smartcents to be horrified to see a perceived exit date of October 2020.

Explain this to me, I will not have it. I will exit April 2020 as promised me. Fix YOUR mess up.
