Disgusting customer service
Please DO NOT sign up with this company. They very easily sign you up, but absolutely refuse to let you go. I have been struggling to get someone from this business to make contact with me for at least 3 months now. I have 2 creditors left to pay and I am paying them directly, but they still will not get back to me regarding exiting my counselling. They are very helpful in the beginning, I give them that, but the minute you are signed up, you are ON YOUR OWN.

01 Sept 2022, 15:23Just another update, I got one call and one email today. Responded to the email with 2 follow up emails and now we're back to no communication. So, when you think this company is maybe going to change and make up for where they lacked before, please do not get your hopes up.
