<p>I've been a client for Debtbusters since 2013 and this is suppose to be my last year with them as I was told my debt counselling takes 5 years. I've never been this disappointed in my life from when I joined they don't have a way of communicating and they don't care about their clients. I sent them an email beginning of March with no reply and I sent another one beginning of April still no response. Then I decided to go on their website to sent the call me back response as I'm currently not working. Some consultant called me back her name was Nicolette I told her my reasons for the call me back and she said she would send me an email so I can send them the retrenchment letter till today I'm still waiting for the email. I'm actually disgusted with their poor service and I will never in my life recommend anyone to them. I mean according to a lady I spoke to some time last year I'm suppose to be finishing my review in July, but now I know nothing because there's no communication at all.</p>
