Disappointing webchat interaction
I've been happy with the service I've received its just the one consultant I interacted with through the webchat this morning. The person tried to end the chat while I was still confirming a few details and didn't respond to my last message. I feel we trust debt busters to help us to financial freedom and we get worried when things go wrong specially when we commit and follow the process.
