Disappointing and Frustrated
I am beyond frustrated with the support I am receiving. So far I have payed two installments towards my debt review, yet I am being constantly being harrased and annoyed by creditors threatening me. My impression is that it would stop. Also why is negotiations still going for two months ?At this moment I am very disappointed and frustrated by the process. In a previous occasion with another debt review company and it did not take this long for the process to be finalized. Also on the credit bureaus it doesn't show I am under debt review!!!!! Probably why I am still being contacted by the creditors!!! My contact person is not even replying to my emails after two weeks? but quick to do a insurance policy. Probably just in it for the commission????
