Disappointed customer
I am not happy how this people re doing things, 1. They told me they will be able to too the stop order from my employer which they did not, 2. I reported as soon as I saw my payslip that the stop order is still active which was on the 22nd and this morning I reminded to do refund s they promised, to my surprise jut now at 15h50 I received a call from the so called financial adviser saying he wants to confirm my banking details for that refund, and they refund today or Thursday. What is this, I need that money. I fee like I chose the wrong company to help me.
So disappointed really, l

They don't even respond to my massages and emails.
This company is a disappointment serious, they said refunds are done on Tuesday and Wednesdays but till this day they have not. As they said they relief your financial stress while they do the opposite giving you financial stress
