Disappointed

I'd reckon they would be a great service to oversee any debt management solutions a consumer might have.

However, it's due to a potential lack of accountability - which has now left me in a bad position that I would only reward this place two stars.

After applying and withdrawing my debt review in July, and after numerous email exchanges to say the relevant creditors and credit bureaus have been notified I am still being displayed under debt review.

Having pursued this with transunion on my own accord, my dispute had been declined as the forseen DebtBusters did not update the DH system.

Now what could have been an easy resolution, has to now be extended a further potential 20 business days due to this. To make matters worse, DebtBusters is incredibly hard to reach.

Forbid ever needing to use a debt management solution, I would assertively take my business elsewhere should it come to that.
