DISAPPOINTED

I wish I could give Debt Busters no star at all. I have paid up all my debts and all I want now is for them to clear my name. It's been going for about 3 weeks now. I email them asking them how long it will take to clear my name and they are now asking me for Paid up letters that I have been sending them since 2013. Shocking that they have some of my paid up letters that I have sent through to them but not others. It 's ridiculous that a company like that doesn't keep record or files of their customers. I have had good service from them up until now. So it's fine when we are paying them the money but when it's to help the customer then it's a problem. I am worried that my name will never be clear because of Debt Busters. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND DEBT BUSTERS TO ANYONE EVER1!!!
