Disappointed

I am so disappointed and disponded with this company its unbelievable... Been emailing them since the 17th March to date no reply .. called the call centre since the 22nd March no results to my enquiry

Today alone I called the call centre 7 times and it's so costly but I was promised by someone to have it sorted it (finally I'm thinking) but yet NOTHING

It's really really sad the experience we had.....I can't even express my feelings :( all I want is my refund that is due to me that's all

Still no refund ... It's been 12 days no reply to all my emails .....

6 days making contact with your call centre and still no refund in my bank account ? What is really going on ? Yesterday the lady who called was so helpful but then nothing happened I don't have my money

Still waiting for my money ..... Nothing in my bank account which means to me the lady that promised this yesterday never followed through and strangely she was going to call again after we last spoke & that was after 11 but guess what no callback no money

Another call yet no answer just more & more stories .. the agent we spoke to now said she will arrange a call back from a team leader to us again NOTHING ...ALL WE WANT IS OUR REFUND THATS ALL

Another call made different consultant... different story he will escalate the matter .. I'm so tired already having to fight to get my money paid back to me really it's becoming tiring...the sad part NO MANAGER HAS EVEN MADE CONTACT WITH US

Still no refund after I was promised it was done ..I see you people call late afternoon before log of time so the clients don't hold up because their queries are not dealt with


I sent so many emails this morning but yet no reply no call no MONEY
