Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with your level of service DebtBusters. I paid a lump sum in Nov 2018 to settle all my accounts and issue me with a clearance certificate. After numerous follow ups this was finally paid up in Jan 2019. However, there is a refund of R12k due to me and I have been promised this payment would be done on Friday 11 Jan, and then told it was done on Wednesday 16 Jan. I called again yesterday and was told it was processed but I do not have the funds in my account nor a proof of payment. I have not missed 1 payment in the almost 3 years I made use of your service and I feel incredibly let down by your organisation.
