Dept busters

I am so frustrated with dept busters, i have been with them for some time now , when the other day i received a letter from my fnb where my home loan is, that i owe 10 000 since 2018 ....i called fnb and they said dept busters has not been paying correctly....no one calls back and you cant hear them on the phone, they promise on email they on top of it but they not... he keeps phoning my old no which i have changed on the phone and via email!!!!

I want to get off as i trust nothing from them.! How do i get off and sort out my own bills as this is not what i thought it was.
