Delayed response inadequate client care.

I have emailed and called Debt busters for more than a month now requesting the end date of my debt review process and todatr still have not received a response I also submitted an insurance query with regards to the Dread diseases cover as I have been diagnosed with a dread disease. I called today and spoke to a consultant which hang up the call and I haven't been able to call there number again as it says the phone number does not exist ***) and there is an issue on my statement where the are this that have never been there before which is appearing on it for the first time this month. My debt balance is much less than my current monthly installment and I am not getting any response regarding this matter. and with everytimeI send emails and I get a different ticket number.
