Declined transfer to my new debt councilor
Worst experience with Debt Busters. I initiated a transfer to a new debt counselor; however, they are not honoring my request. I signed all the paperwork, and responded to all their questions, but they go on to decline my transfer request. I believe this is in violation of my rights, as i have a right to choose whom i want to be my debt councilor. If my request is not honored this week, ill engage NCR. From October, now its December.
