Debtreview is not worth it at the end o the day.

We where under debt review for almost 15 years, was supposed to be 5 but it kept on going and going and going, one story after another. When we finely sc****d together enough money to settle all our accounts we thought it would be better. So we paid up the accounts and got a clearance certificate this was almost two years ago. My wife and I where under debt review together under one account payable. As we where married in community of property. So we got paid up letters from all our accounts and a clearance certificate, The certificate only had my ID on it so I quarried it and they sed it was fine they will sort it. Two years later my wife is still flagged everywhere as under debt review. I phone them they say i must send an email to csu. I send an email just to get no response. I can not understand how they can just ignore something like this. I regret the day i went under debtreview. My total was about R250 000 outstanding. I paid them about R400 000, how that helps anyone i can not understand. But all I want now is for them to do there job and sort this out. Query Received - wf_***.
