Debtbusters' Zothando's Grace Saved My Sanity

It was all good in the beginning, until I changed jobs and therefore pay date and they continued to debit on the old date (despite me writing to them and sending proof of new employment and changed pay day). My bank obviously would charge me for bouncing debit orders. It was very stressful really to a point where I terminated (now their letters say they are the ones who terminated due to noncompliance :-), but hey it's neither here nor there. UNTIL I GOT TO TALK TO ZOTHANDO ON THE PHONE, VERY HELPFUL AND GOES BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. IF THAT COMPANY WAS HERS I WOULD HAVE CONSIDERED STAYING ON SHAME
