DebtBusters SA ********* and not helpful towards my requests

In 2013, I have app**** for the debt review service and discovered that this programme is not going to work for me. I am still on DebtBusters' books and listed at Experian and Transunion as "under debt review". I have over the years on multiple occasions asked DebtBusters to remove me from their books and de-list me as I have immediately during 2013 started paying my creditors directly. Recently I discovered that DebtBusters has not even received a magistrates ruling to place me under debt review. There was an application made but no completion of this case at court! They are refusing to remove my status or issue me with a clearance certificate even though the court process is incomplete and my financial circumstances has drastically improved since 2013!!
