The service is pathetic, I have never missed a payment, yet for some reason I am in arrears. How can I be in arrears when I'm paying more than my initial rehabilitation payment? I have sent them proof of payment and the incorrect information showing that I'm in arrears, yet no email or call to confirm anything. ****ED UP COMPANY, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AS THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ISSUE THAT I'M HAVING WITH THEM.
