DebtBusters SA / Poor and NO service from them or their consultants......

Had an issue early January 2020 whereby I was informed by a bank that payment has not been received for some time. Queried it with DebtBusters and it was explained by Xolani Zililo that it was "mistakenly" reflecting on their side that account was paid up. So first question, before it can be marked as "paid-up", shouldn't a settlement letter or paid-up letter be obtained on all accounts first ??? This was asked from Xolani, but yes...you guessed it....NO success on ANY letter form ANY service provider....!! He was asked to sort it out asap, but until today, NO joy/feedback even received from him or DebtBusters.....and that after being a paying client for 5 years ? Other service providers are being engaged and consulted to possibly rid myself of this poor practice...….. Sorry....but this is just pathetic to say the least DebtBusters !
