DebtBusters SA - MOST DESPICABLE COMPANY EVER!

If I could give a MINUS 100 Rating I would ..... You would think that Loan Sharks are the real sharks - NOT SO! These people are the REAL SHARKS!!! I am absolutely disgusted in this Company and the despicable manner in which they operate and handle the extremely sensitive and fragile affairs of their Clients. DISGUSTED!!!!! Let's be honest; when a person reaches out to an organization such as this, it is because they are in extreme financial distress - which also affects the person's emotional and mental well-being. In our case; it affected the well-being of our entire family, because what it comes down is the ability to put food on the table and keep a roof over your head. So we thought we did the right thing by handing our Accounts over to DebtBuster SA as we were no longer able to meet our commitments. At the point of handing our Accounts over, NONE of these Accounts were in arrears! NOT A SINGLE ONE! But we knew that if we didn't make a responsible decision and reached out for financial aid, we would not have been able to keep that up and we would have most certainly gone into arrears with all our Accounts. Our Debt (by the way) accumulated because of COVID and being Retrenched, thus having no income. So this was a HORRIBLE time for our family. We were financially, emotionally and mentally exhausted. EASY PRAY - for these heartless sharks! The dedication from the Company to get us signed up was astonishing! They were so eager and helpful when it came to getting us to sign the Contract and getting our Banking Details in order for them to deduct their monthly fees from our Income (our very little income that we had left after the devastation of COVID). And we believed that we had done the right thing. OMW what a DISASTER!!!!!!!! According to the Contract that we had signed, there was a massive Legal Fee to be paid first before any payments would even start going to Creditors. We thought, OKAY - it makes sense, and we went along with it. Then suddenly after 6 Months, we started receiving calls about being handed over from one of the Accounts which were ALREADY handed over to DebtBusters SA - they have NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT!!!!!! Then - if that is not bad enough - DebtBusters SA started harassing us to PAY THE ARREARS OF THIS ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO KEEP TO THE AGREEMENT!!!!!!!??????????? What the ACUTAL HELL???????? WE DID PAY!!!! Each and every month - since the moment we signed the Contract, the Fees were deducted form our Bank Account! We had NO CONTROL over where the money went from there. The only thing that makes sense here is that DebtBusters SA had not paid this Account and they are ACUTALLY TRYING TO BLAME US!!!!! If I could I would swear like a trooper right now, because it is just beyond despicable that a Company has the power to do this to ordinary and vulnerable people in need of help. What did we pay Legal Fees for if there is nothing Legal about the operations of this Company? How can we POSSIBLY be responsible for an Account that went into arrears that DEBTBUSTERS SA WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY???? Month after month we send emails explaining that WE CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY ANY ARREARS AMOUNTS THAT WERE IN FACT ALREADY PAID. And month after month we keep getting the same ridiculous email from DebtBuster SA telling us how we need to make a Payment ASAP for the arrears in order to keep to the Payment Agreement made with the Creditor. WHAAAAAATTTTT!!!!!!!??? I'm so angry and frustrated!! They POINT BLANK ignore all our emails and REFUSE to resolve mess that THEY HAVE MADE! And IF THAT'S NOT ENOUGH - they still have the audacity to call each and every month to remind us of the Debit Order due for their fees!!!!!??? Up until the moment that we had handed our Accounts over to DebtBusters SA we had an excellent Credit Rating and our Accounts were all up to date. Due to DebtBusters SA our Credit Rating has been completely ruined and we are stuck with a 7 YEAR CONTRACT during which time we have absolutely NO ACCESS to any Credit whatsoever and our names have been BLACK LISTED, meaning that we would most likely never again be able to achieve a good Credit Rating again!!!!!! Please Please Please take this warning from us: DO NOT EVER REACH OUT TO THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY - you will regret it for the rest of your life. They are not in the business of helping people with their Financial troubles - they are in the business of praying on helpless and vulnerable people and devouring their last little bit that they have left! Please be warned! Do not deal with DebtBusters SA. They are SHARKS!!!!
